In this 2021 Charlottesville Mid-Year Market Report, we present a snapshot of current conditions. HIGHLIGHTS:
- There were 2,277 total home sales in the Charlottesville MSA in the first half of 2021 compared to 1,774 in 2020. This translates to a 28.35% increase.
- From Q2 2020 to Q2 2021 the average sales price increased by 10.88%. In 2021 the average sales price was $447,174 compared to $403,312 in 2020.
- So far in 2021 on average a listing stayed on the market for 34 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $195.
